The Ministry of Hope US Board of Directors is seeking creative, compassionate leaders to join us. We are looking for people who share our mission to minister to the orphans, widows, the disabled and destitute of Malawi. Board terms are three years, and we welcome applicants who are eager to contribute their skills and energy to advancing our mission.
Our board is a close-knit, welcoming group of volunteers from all over the U.S. who love the work we do and the fellowship we share. We have all been to Malawi numerous times to support the work of the Malawian staff of Ministry of Hope who run the day-to-day operations. Many of our members have chosen to serve multiple terms —some for more than a decade — because we believe deeply in the ministry’s purpose and find joy in working alongside kindred spirits. We finished our 21st annual board meeting in October and are excited about the future of Ministry of Hope.
We are especially seeking volunteers with experience in finance, development, and communications, including website management and social media outreach. Whether you’re a numbers person or someone who loves connecting with others, your talents can make a real difference in the lives we touch every day.
